Silverstein & Stern was founded by two attorneys who, after working at large prestigious firms, began to tire of the “business-as-usual” approach to the representation of clients. Mr. Silverstein and Mr. Stern accurately recognized a huge void in the interpersonal side of their work where, due to the inadequacies in the communication between attorney and client and the political demands and competing interests often found in a large firm, the client’s interests were at times seemingly subservient to those who were duty bound to represent them.
